GRETNA – A construction company is seeking damages over payment for home renovation work.
Fairfield Construction Services LLC filed a suit March 14 against Jenni Ding and Quoc-Ho D. Ngo in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff and defendant entered into a contract for the completion of certain renovations. The lawsuit states that the defendant completed the work for the value of $28,942.19 but was never paid.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Robert Garrity Jr., in Harahan.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy Miller.
