GRETNA – A bank is seeking damages for an unpaid promissory note.
U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee for CitiGroup Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-WFHE4, asset-backed pass-through certificates Series 2006-WFHE4, filed a suit March 15 against Dona Jewel Shaw, also known as Dona Jewel Shaw Quintanilla in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is the holder of a promissory note for the balance of $192,000. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of the note. The plaintiff is now owed $265,229 plus interest and fees for the mortgage.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Logan Massey of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy Miller.
