Capital One Bank alleges credit card customer owes more than $3,000

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is suing a credit card customer, alleging she owes more than $3,000.

Capital One Bank (USA) NA filed a suit March 14 against Mary T. Gracianete in 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, Capital One issued a credit card to Gracianete. The suit states she has accumulated a balance of $3,000.93 on the card but has failed to pay off that balance.

Capital One seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It plaintiff is represented by attorney Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
