GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking payment of a customer's open account.
Discover Bank filed a suit March 8 against Tracy A. Spione of New Orleans in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued Spione a credit card. The defendant used the credit card to make $1,759.55 in charges and has failed to pay off the balance.
The defendant is accused of an open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
