Aqueos Corp. alleges it is owed more than $2 million from Montco Oilfield Contractors, vessels

NEW ORLEANS – A Broussard corporation alleges it was not paid for services it provided to three vessels.

Aqueos Corp. filed a complaint on March 10 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana against L/B Jill, L/B Robert, L/B Myrtle and Montco Oilfield Contractors LLC alleging breach of master service contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on the order of Montco Offshore Inc. plaintiff provided services, equipment and other vessel necessities to defendants. The date, the principal balance of $2,676,841 allegedly remains unpaid.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants for damages of more than $2,676,841, plus interest, costs, attorneys' fees and all such other sums to which plaintiff is entitled. It is represented by Ralph E. Kraft and Bryan E. Lege of Kraft Lege LLC in Lafayette.
