GRETNA – A funding company is seeking damages for sums due.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit March 23 against Denise Belken of Harvey in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a bank card to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant used the card to accumulate a balance of $1,147.70 and has failed to pay off the balance.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
