GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking damages for sums due.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit March 27 against Michael Rome of Marrero in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the defendant was issued a Visa account by Credit One Bank. The defendant has failed to pay off the balance owed and still is indebted to for $1,162.97.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton and Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
