Bank of America claims Jefferson Parish resident owes over $9,000

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking damages for an open account.

Bank of America N.A filed a suit March 31 against Shannon K. Bairnsfather of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a credit account to the defendant. The defendant used this account to accumulate a balance owing of $9,043.16. The defendant has failed to pay back the plaintiff.

The defendant is accused of open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeremy L. Nusloch of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 770567.
