GRETNA – A bank is seeking damages for more than $4,000.
Cavalry SPV I LLC, as assignee of Crescent Bank & Trust, filed a suit April 5 against Rhaneka Mathews in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that the defendant failed to pay what they agreed to for the balance of $4,489.51 plus interest and attorneys' fees.
The defendant is accused of failing to pay what they owed.
