Man claims Johnson & Johnson Construction owes $100,000 after business agreement was breached

GRETNA – A Louisiana man is seeking damages, claiming that he is owed $100,000.

Derrick Johnson filed a suit April 5 against Farerin Johnson and Johnson & Johnson Construction LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the defendant and plaintiff entered into an agreement in which they would make renovations for customers. The suit states that the defendant breached the contract by not fairly distributing the payment that it has received, of which the plaintiff is owed $100,000.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract and sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Leo Caillier III of Caillier & Associates LLC in Gretna.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 770693.
