NEW ORLEANS — A financial firm is seeking damages, claiming that a New Orleans dentist failed to pay off an outstanding balance.
ASF Capital Corp. filed a lawsuit April 4 against Laurence T. Norton III DDS in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff delivered services to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff and is indebted for the balance of $80,571.55 plus interest and attorney's fees.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract through failing to pay the plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Stanley C. Kottemann Jr. of Kottemann Law Firm in Kenner.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
