NEW ORLEANS – A man is seeking damages, claiming that a woman did not return his loan.
Dennis R. Hayes filed a lawsuit against Angela Lynn Lajaunie in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging loan payment due.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff made a short-term loan to the defendant for the purchase of a home. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay the plaintiff back the amount of the loan which is $17,000.
The defendant is accused of failing to pay the plaintiff back.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Craig Hart in Covington.
