GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking damages for sums due.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit April 10 against Brittany Bradburry of Marrero in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking funds from the defendant that she accumulated on her Credit OneBank card. The suit states that the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff for the balance of $1,313.50 plus interest and fees.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory M. Eaton and Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
