GRETNA – A debt collection company is seeking over $2,000.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit April 10 against Dora Jordan of Harvey in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an open account associated with a Best Buy account. The plaintiff is seeking payment of $2,865.59 plus fees and interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
