GRETNA – A debt collector seeks payment of an open account.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit April 7 against Cynthia Giovengo of Westwego in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a Visa account that has a balance of $1,063.34 plus fees and interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
