GRETNA – A surgical center is seeking damages for an open account.
Crescent City Surgical Centre Operating Co. LLC filed a suit April 10 against James Langdon of Harahan in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an open account for the balance of $20,545.50, which has been owed since June 13, 2016, when the defendant received medical services.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jenna H. Linn of Bankston & Associates LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
