GRETNA – A condo association is seeking damages for an unpaid balance.
Fountain Court Condominium Association Inc. filed a suit April 17 against Isabelle O. Chanel in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the defendant, a resident of Jefferson Parish, owned a condo in the plaintiff's property at 6901 Veterans Blvd., Metairie. The suit states that the defendant accumulated a balance of $11,647.88 for fees and assessments.
The defendant is accused of failing to pay what she agreed to pay.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by James C. Cronvich of Favret & Lea LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.
