GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking over $1,000.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit April 18 against Erwin Chancellor of Harvey in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the defendant accumulated a balance of $1,044.04 on his Sears credit account. The suit states that the plaintiff is seeking payment of the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
