GRETNA – A funding company is seeking damages for an unpaid account.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit April 18 against Myrtle Ray of Gretna in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment on the defendant's consumer loan account, which is currently owing $6,730.02 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
