NEW ORLEANS – A mortgage association is seeking over $115,000.

Federal National Mortgage Association filed a lawsuit against Margaret Barnes Randolph, also known as Margaret B. Randolph, in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a reverse mortgage that is owed by the defendant. The balance owed is $116,799.69 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Rader Jackson of Jackson & McPherson LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Paula A. Brown.
