Mortgage lender accuses Orleans Parish man of owing over $250,000

NEW ORLEANS – A company is seeking payment of a promissory note.

The Money Source Inc. filed a lawsuit April 12 against Geoffrey Peter Denesse of Orleans Parish in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a promissory note for the balance of $269,872.76 plus interest and fees.

The defendant is accused of sums due on the note.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Rader Jackson of Jackson & McPherson LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher J. Bruno.
