Capital One claims A.J.A. Electric failed to make payments on credit

NEW ORLEANS – Capital One is seeking damages for sums due.

Capital One National Association filed a lawsuit April 24 against A.J.A. Electric LLC and Howard Anthony Brown in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a small business line of credit for the balance of $43,194.39. The suit states that the defendant has not made any of the necessary payments.

The defendant is accused of having sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Bradley J. Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette R. Irons.
