Jefferson Parish resident allegedly failed to pay on Care Credit account

GRETNA – A financial company is seeking payment on an unpaid account.

Cavalry SPV I LLC, as assignee of Synchrony Bank/Care Credit filed a suit April 28 against Ashref Ghanem of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an account that the defendant has maintained in an unpaid state. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay the plaintiff back after accumulating $4,813.15 on a Care Credit account.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward F. Bukaty III, Warren W. Wingerter and Alexander D. Bukaty of Edward F. Bukaty III, A Professional Law Corporation, Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
