GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking payment of an open account.
Discover Bank filed a suit April 27 against Krystina Gooden of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid account with the balance of $8,905.28. The plaintiff claims that the defendant has failed to pay off any of the balance.
The defendant is accused of an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
