GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking payment of sums due.
Discover Bank filed a suit April 27 against Julie Buhrer of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking full payment of the defendant's account which has a current unpaid balance of $7,376.97.
The defendant is accused of an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeffrey M. Toepfer of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
