Allday Consulting Group claims Coastal Drilling owes over $20,000

GRETNA – A Jefferson Parish-based consulting group is seeking payment of more than $20,000 for professional services.

The Allday Consulting Group LLC filed a suit April 27 against Coastal Drilling and Utility Services LLC and John Tiblier, also known as Emilie John Tiblier III, in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued services to the defendant but claims it was never paid for the work provided. The suit states that the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff for the balance of $20,740 plus interest accrued.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake E. Oaks of The Oakes Law Firm LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 771482.
