Capital One accuses Jefferson Parish woman of having an open account

GRETNA – A bank is seeking damages for an open account.

Capital One Bank (USA) N.A. filed a suit May 1 against Lily M. Schlaudecker of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account on a credit card with the balance of $4,875.68.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
