GRETNA – A contracting company is seeking damages for sums due.
120 West Partners LLC filed a suit May 9 against Burrell S. Williams of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of contract and sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages, claiming that it was never paid fully for the work that it completed. The plaintiff is seeking $5,900 in payment from the defendant.
The defendant is accused of sums due and breach of contract.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake E. Oakes of The Oakes Law Firm LLC in Metairie.
