GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking damages for an unpaid account.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit May 5 against Marie Etienne of Marrero in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid balance on a Wal-Mart account. The suit states that the plaintiff is seeking payment for $1,170.97.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by April F. Jackson of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
