Bank of America claims Jefferson Parish woman owes on account

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking damages for an open account.

Bank of America N.A. filed a suit May 5 against Sandra M. Toups of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account of $15,277.12.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jeremy L. Nusloch of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
