Bank of American claims Harvey residents defaulted on mortgage

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking damages of more than $400,000.

Bank of America N.A. filed a suit May 4 against Wilber Watson Jr., and Gail Watson Gaudet, also known as Gail Gaudet Watson in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due on a promissory note.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a promissory note that was not paid off. The suit states that the plaintiff is still seeking $432,696.40.

The defendant is accused of sums due on the note.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Candace A. Courteau of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 771776.
