Ford Motor Credit alleges Pearl River County residents failed to pay off loan for Mustang

GRETNA – A credit company is seeking over $18,000 in sums due.

Ford Motor Credit Co. LLC filed a suit May 4 against Brian H. Judah and Shantel N. Judah of Pearl River County in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a retail installment contract, which was taken out for a 2014 Ford Mustang. The suit states that the defendant owes the balance of $18,649.45 plus interest and late charges for failing to pay off the sums owed.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a loan.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Keith M. Frey of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.
