Bank of America claims customer owes over $100,000 on promissory note

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking payment of a customer's unpaid account.

Bank of America N.A. filed a suit May 8 against Corey L. Ferguson, also known as Corey Ferguson, in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a promissory note for the balance of $119,640.02.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a promissory note.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Lindsay G. Faulkner of Shapiro & Daigrepont LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
