Wells Fargo Bank is seeking damages for nearly $200,000

GRETNA – Wells Fargo Bank is seeking damages on a promissory note.

Wells Fargo Bank N.A. filed a suit May 3 against Christy Robinson and Terrence Robinson of Gretna in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due on a promissory note.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages following an incident in which the defendants failed to pay off a promissory note in full. The suit states that the defendants owe $199,326.69 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a note.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Candace A. Courteau of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 771705.
