Citibank alleges Orleans Parish resident failed to pay over $3,000 on credit card

NEW ORLEANS – A credit company seeks damages for an open account.

Citibank N.A. filed a lawsuit May 8 against Sheri L. Heimall of Orleans Parish in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging open account

According to the complaint, the plaintiff issued the defendant a credit card which was used to accumulate charges of $3,205.12.

The defendant is accused of an open account.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Naomi A. Cohen Ivker in Birmingham, Alabama.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney H. Cates IV.
