GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking damages for an open account.
Bank of America N.A. filed a suit May 19 against Andrew T. Nguyen of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment for an open account of $12,422.31. The defendant has allegedly made no payments on the account yet.
