U.S. Bank Trust claims man owes over $340,000

GRETNA – A bank is seeking damages for sums due on a promissory note.

U.S. Bank Trust N.A., as trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, filed a suit May 31 against G. David Maynard, also known as George David Maynard, in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging a sum due on a promissory note.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued the defendant a promissory note for the balance of $365,700. The suit states that since the issue date, the defendant failed to pay off the balance of $346,968.55 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of failing to pay off the sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Candace Miers Bowen of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.
