Man seeking payment of nearly $400,000 from RZI 3 Trust

NEW ORLEANS – A man claims that he was not paid back for a promissory note of nearly $400,000.

Michael Grow Jr. filed a lawsuit May 24 against RZI 3 Trust, A Utah real Estate Investment Trust in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging suit on a promissory note.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a promissory note that he issued to the defendant. The suit states that the plaintiff is seeking repayment of $393,000, as well as repossession of property at 929-31 Poland Ave., New Orleans.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a promissory note.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Kevin C. Schoeberger of the Law Office of Kevin C. Schoenberger in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Cherrell S. Taplin.
