PennyMac Loan Services seeking over $100,000

GRETNA – A loan company is seeking damages for sums due on a promissory note.

PennyMac Loan Services LLC filed a suit May 31 against Nicholas Arthur Genovese III, Kimberly Spencer Genovese, Jamie Lynn Gravois Hingle and Kevin Michael Hingle in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due on a promissory note.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a promissory note for the balance of $123,717. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the amount of $104,240.81.

The defendant is accused of sums due on the note.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason R. Smith of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court case number 772627.
