GRETNA – A community college is seeking payment of an open account.
The Louisiana Community and Technical College System Board of Supervisors through Delgado Community College filed a suit June 2 against Shelby Stalter of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the amount of $1,003.75. The suit states that the defendant has failed to make full payment on the account as required
The defendant is accused of an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Scott L. Smith Jr. of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
