GRETNA – A surgical center in Jefferson Parish is seeking more than $35,000 for an open account.
Crescent City Surgical Centre Operating Co. LLC filed a suit June 6 against Belencia Lewis in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of an open account for the balance of $35,012.50, which the defendant allegedly owes for a procedure.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jenna Linn of Bankston & Associates in Baton Rouge.
