GRETNA – A surgical center is seeking over $20,000 from a patient.
Crescent City Surgical Centre Operation Co. LLC filed a suit June 6 against Timothy Hill of Philadelphia in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff issued services to the defendant that it claims it never received payment for. The defendant allegedly owes the plaintiff $20,876.82.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jenna Linn of Bankston & Associates LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
