GRETNA – A funding company is seeking damages for sums due.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit June 6 against Zoe Hall of Marrero in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a consumer loan account for the balance of $9,449.07.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton, Michael Lancaster and Kevin Gillie of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
