GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking payment from a Harvey resident.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit June 6 against Tyra Moran in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of the defendant's unpaid Brylane Home account which holds a current balance of $1,163.56.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton, Michael Lancaster and Kevin Gillie of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
