Beth's Flowers allegedly failed to pay for delivered goods

GRETNA – A florist is seeking more than $30,000 in sums due.

Greenleaf Wholesale Florists Inc. filed a suit June 6 against Beth's Flowers Inc. and Suzanne Rudiger in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $30,998.44. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay the plaintiff for goods delivered.

The defendant is accused of having an open account.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Thomas Lutkewitte and Conor Lutkewitte of Favret, Demarest, Russo, Lutkewitte & Schaumburg in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.
