GRETNA – A surgical company claims that a patient failed to pay for services.
Crescent City Surgical Centre Operating Co. LLC filed a suit June 7 against Adrienne Jones of Harvey in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account totaling $25,366.97. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay for medical care from the defendant.
The defendant is accused of having an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jenna H. Linn of Bankston & Associates in Baton Rouge.
