Orleans Parish man allegedly failed to repay promissory note

NEW ORLEANS – A man claims that he is owed $50,000 for a promissory note.

John Lynch filed a lawsuit June 7 against Musheer Robinson of Orleans Parish in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging sums due on a promissory note.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a promissory note in the total sum of $50,000.

The defendant is accused of failing to pay the note.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorneys Heather LaSalle Alexis and Mark J. Chaney III of McGlinchey Stafford PLLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
