GRETNA – A funding company is seeking payment of sums due.
LVNV Funding LLC filed a suit June 13 against Antoinette Bergeron of Marrero in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking payment of a bank card balance of $1,064.73.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
