GRETNA – A debt collector is seeking payment of an open account.
Midland Funding LLC filed a suit June 9 against Melissa Williams of Harvey in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking collection of funds from a Best Buy account totaling $1,761.97.
The defendant is accused of an open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Gregory Eaton and Michael Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry Sullivan Jr.
