Pads Concrete claims it was not paid in full

NEW ORLEANS – A concrete company is seeking nearly $60,000 of unpaid dues.

Pads Concrete LLC filed a lawsuit June 12 against Team Contractors LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff and defendant entered into an agreement for subcontracting work in which the plaintiff performed services, which were worth $143,725. The suit states that it has not been paid in total for all of the work that completed and is still owed $58,885.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract and open account.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Ryan O. Luminais of Sher, Garner, Cahill, Richter, Klein & Hilbert LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Piper D. Griffin.
